A Hub for Healthcare Professionals

The Cape Fear Allied Health Partnership was organized in response to south eastern North Carolina's increasing need to develop plans to adequately recruit, train, and retain quality health care professionals. This regional alliance is made possible by a collective partnership with health care providers and training institutions across Brunswick, Columbus, Duplin, New Hanover and Pender Counties.

In coordination with the Cape Fear Council of Governments and the Cape Fear Workforce Development Board, the Partnership serves to:

• Unite the healthcare community to address worker shortages in allied health occupational fields
• Improve community wellness through outreach programs
• Educate youth, current professionals and job seekers about allied health careers, employment and advancement opportunities
